Sexual Exploitation through Human Trafficking is modern-day slavery and violates the basic human rights of every person that it enslaves. It must be stopped, and victims must be helped. As such we provide an avenue of Outreach and a Program of nurture and love that provides tools for each of the young women we encounter to cultivate a Dream for her life.

The Rescue Project (TRP) is specifically structured to meet the spiritual, physical, and emotional needs of victims and survivors of Human Trafficking through Sexual Exploitation. Our purpose is to Rescue, Stabilize and Rebuild. The Rescue Project operates aftercare homes for women and young women who are typically between the ages of 12 and 26. While in The Phoenix Dream Center’s (PDC) Rescue Project, each participant receives mentoring by trained Advocates, residential care, life skills and career skills training, access to therapy and counseling, nutrition, the opportunity to receive their GED or High School Diploma, access to a licensed Physician, and if needed legal help.
